Having been in the game all those years, I have seen all the fitness trends come and go.

It began in 1972 when I became a competitive gymnast and continues to this day as I continue to recover and regain abilities lost from those 40 years of training and competition in various sports. I have more than a passing interest in flexibility and have for over 40 years. This fantastic book is direct evidence of that quest. Like all great teachers he is the perpetual student, never resting in his quest for a deeper understanding of techniques and subtleties to further his abilities as well as his charges. He holds, like myself, a PhD from the School of Hard Knocks. Oh yes, and he is also a Master RKC instructor. That should be enough for anyone, but Jon also holds 4th degree Black Belts in Hapkido and Kumdo/Kumbup (Sword). Jon has been training, competing, studying and teaching Tae Kwan Do for all those 30 years. Last I looked, they don’t hand out 7th Degree Black Belts and the title Grandmaster to dabblers.
